Lesson Package Policy
Monthly Lesson Packages
All monthly lessons are pre-paid and billed on a flat rate basis. Packages are invoiced via Quickbooks and emailed monthly. Payment is due by the 1st of the month. A $50 late fee applies if payment is not received by the 7th, and students will not be permitted to ride until payment is made.
Students should make every effort to attend their regular weekly lesson. Make-ups are offered only if space is available in an appropriate level lesson and must be completed by the end of the following month. Make-ups are not guaranteed. Students must be enrolled in a monthly lesson package to be eligible. There are no refunds for missed lessons, and no make-ups are given for missed or rescheduled make-up lessons.
Some months students will have 5 lessons due to the calendar — that 5th lesson serves as either a make-up or a bonus lesson.
To cancel, email Meg at megdunnetraining@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance so your spot can be filled. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows will be charged as a lesson with no make-up offered.
